The economy is changing faster than most small businesses can keep up with. AI, blockchain, and fintech are reshaping how companies operate, compete, and grow — but the businesses that could benefit most often have the least access to the tools, training, and trusted guidance they need.
The National Tech Inclusion League exists to close that gap. We’re a mission-driven nonprofit organized to help small businesses access the technology education, strategic partnerships, digital resources, and pathways to capital that turn emerging innovation into practical growth.
We believe technology should be accessible, understandable, and actionable for every business ready to grow. When small businesses gain access to the future, entire communities move forward with them.

Resnick Hampton — Founder & Executive Director
Resnick Hampton founded the National Tech Inclusion League to ensure small businesses are not left behind as the economy becomes more digital. He leads NTIL’s daily operations, program development, partnerships, fundraising, and long-term strategy.
With a background in marketing, technology, digital strategy, and business development, he brings practical experience helping organizations adopt new tools, strengthen their visibility, and build sustainable pathways to growth.
